Lychee Martini
The irony of this name is that I don’t drink. But I do love lychees – my favorite fruit (and they’re amazing in smoothies with coconut water, by the way). Sweet, succulent, exotic, sublime – just like this color. The idea of a lychee martini has such a flirty ring to it. It’s the kind of drink I’d like to sip with my friends while we have our Sex & the City moments at trendy restaurants, talking about relationships and love (but I’m usually the one drinking water, picking the lychees out of their cocktails, and then ordering a cocktail glass of nothing but lychees).
