It has a felt tip pen, which makes it so much easier to apply. Like using a calligraphy pen. It’s smooth. It glides easily across the gentle skin of the eye lid. And it’s precise. Luvs!

Here is the trick to the best cat eye in town:

1. For a thin line, use the tip of the liner, not the thicker side

2. Slightly pull the outer eye to the side to tighten the skin

3. Start at the inner corner of the eye and trace the lash line, as close to it as you can get, softly

4. Flick it ever so gently at the outer corner

5. Wink!

Now a medium line:

It is the exact same motion and instructional. But now you’re slightly angling the felt tip at a 45-degree angle to get a thicker look (but not super thick – that is the next tip!). For something more smoldering, use two coats. And if you want to smoke it out, smudge it with a Q-tip or short bristled brush.

Next up – super-duper cat eye action – thick, dreamy, almost Bridget Bardot.

This time, hold the liner complete horizontal and parallel to the floor. This will allow you to apply it with the thickest portion of the felt tip, getting a naturally heavier line. Almost like a great big Sharpie pen (love those in purple). 

If it’s not quite thick enough, do the same but atop of the first line and than fill in any blank spaces like you would with a magic marker.
