Meet a Purple Lab Multi-Tasking Maven: Amanda
January 11, 10
You may know her as @LALupusLady on Twitter. Her name is Amanda. Amanda Force. And she is a Purple Lab “Multi-Tasking Maven.”
How did this happen?
When we did our first contest – Kiss & Tell your Huge Lips Skinny Hips I.D. - we awarded 10 of the most viral the title and send them our makeup products for a year (all of our newbies) . I thought it would be fun to give them challenges based on the lifestyle behind Purple Lab and than share them.
Amanda is so sweet, so passionate, and such a Purple Lab girl, embodying the spirit of the brand, the philosophy its about: inner beauty, glam, sexy, savvy, cheeky, smart, empowered! I don’t know how we got so lucky to have such a loyalist behind us, but I thank her tremendously for all of her support – the Tweets, the Retweets, the comments on Facebook, the love. She is fantastic!
Her assignment: Strut her stuff in Red Sole. See, in our eyes, it doesn’t matter if you’re a model or not. Wearing Red Sole is about busting out the confidence to own a room, feel the empowerment that comes with “I am woman, hear me roar,” and putting on a shade of gloss that is sultry, bold, strong.

Fierce is the word. It's got groove. It's got meaning.
So… this is Amanda’s take on Red Sole:
I feel empowered and inspired when I wear my Purple Lab Huge Lips Skinny Hips, “Red Sole.” The color is the perfect shade of red. Whether wearing one coat, two, or three, the color creates impact.
I love the sheer one layer look of Red Sole. It is barely there and the red subtly shines on my lips. I am careful when I apply a second layer (for the Double Duty Beauty!) of Red Sole. The look becomes uber-chic and says “I want to be noticed.”
Wearing alarms should be set off when I have three layers of Red Sole because I am ready to “channel my inner Supermodel,” take on the world and feel comfortable in my bodacious body. I may do something outrageous like belive that I am a supermodel and strut my stuff, like I do on the video below.
Knowing there is Hoodia inside Huge Lips Skinny Hips encourages me not to take the extra nibble. Now instead of snacking, I reapply my favorite shade, Red Sole!
BTW, I am filing for divorce and will be creating a fake birth certificate so I can sign up for the world’s largest speed dating event (I love it!). If only…
SHE IS KIDDING. SHE LOVES HER HUBBY!
P.S. I even got a great tip from our Purple Labbie: mix Red Sole and Worship Kate for a combo of juicy deliciousness!

I hope that my video showed that no matter what your size you can feel empowered and inspired to strut your stuff while wearing Huge Lips, Skinny Hips (especially RED SOLE!). This blog makes me feel strong, sexy and inspired. Taking strutting to a whole new level… I am now in training for a Lupus 5K run/walk and my secret weapon is Red Sole. I’ll be wearing my Huge Lips, Skinny Hips a lot in the weeks ahead, the Hoodia inside will help me curb between meal snacking. On race day, I will be strutting my stuff and wearing RED SOLE across the finish line!

Amanda, I wish you the very best when you run the 5K race “sporting” your RED SOLE brilliant smackers! Good for you! Just remember that life is measured one small victory at a time…Savor the moment that you cross that finish line Girl Friend! For that moment will be so much bigger then just you…when you cross that finish line you will be “every woman” who took a chance and pushed themselves farther then they thought they could!
**And “Say Word”…Beauty absolutely manifests itself in all shapes and sizes! There’s so much more then what the eye can see!
(I voted for you today…you’re mother would be so proud!)

P.S., I strutted my stuff at Shoprite during their “can-can” sale and fell down right in the middle of the supermarket clutching a case of “Yoo-Hoo” that was piled high with last minutes grabs while my hubby was waiting in the never ending check out line…If only I had donned the RED SOLE upon my lips I probably would not have landed right on my hips! he he he…
Quite the site, sprawled on the ice cold floor in my tie dyed leggings and Ugg boots…When told the story, my husband was appalled that no one offered to help me up…I was just grateful that no one ran me over with their cart in the mad dash for bargains!
Yes, I’m a strutter alright…Next time with RED SOLE
Keep struttin’ your stuff
